CLEC McGraw Communications is joining the unified communications (UC) fray with the help of PanTerra Networks.
On Thursday, the companies said they’ve partnered to offer a privately branded version of WorldSmart, PanTerra’s cloud-based UC service..
WorldSmart’s features include unified messaging, fax, instant messaging, e-mail, file transfer, mobile text messaging, presence and unlimited business voice. There’s also remote desktop access, and Web, IM and audio conferencing.
“WorldSmart enables McGraw to offer all the benefits of cloud-based unified communications with the reliability and innovative feature set expected from their customers," said Anthony Gioeli, Panterra’s sales chief. “We are excited to open this new channel with McGraw for the delivery of PanTerra services."
McGraw, based in New York, N.Y., specializes in voice, data and IP communications for businesses nationwide.
